Any cancellations made during the production period or after the fairing is ready to be shipped will also be subject to a 30% restocking/handling fee. Or in the case of using installment plan, the deposit will not be refunded UNLESS it is our faults ( For example: unable to produce the fairing within the promised period due to the unforeseen circumstances) If the buyer wants to return the fairing after the fairing has arrived at the address the provided for any reasons, if the fairing is not defective, the buyer will have to pay the shipping cost as well as 30% handling fees. Although it is very rare (lower than 1%), in the case of the fairing is defective (Serious damages like cracked fairing), the buyer can keep the damaged piece and we will get a new piece shipped to you free of charge (Refer to the Refund Policy below). In case the buyer wants to return the damaged part to us, the buyer will need to pay the shipping fee back to us and we will cover the shipping fee for the new piece shipped back to you.
Buyers have 1 week in which to return unused merchandise to us. Product(s) must be in original condition, free from defects and never been installed. If parts had been mounted or installed there are no returns. The cost of shipping back to us is to be paid for by the buyer and all goods are subject to a 30% restocking/handling fee. If a product has been used or installed then it cannot be returned.

Damage and Refund Policy
To giving everyone a chance of feeling the enjoyment of revitalizing their beloved Proud-and-Joy, we are offering our customers with the lowest fairing price possible. We try to package the bodywork as best as we can, but from time to time, we understand that your precious cargo isn’t always everyone else’s precious cargo and things can get tossed around during shipment. Although the case of the fairing being damaged rarely happens (LOWER THAN 1%), when it does happen, If you receive a damaged part, please kindly take pictures of the damaged part and send the pictures to us with description. However, we reserve all right to deem whether the damaged part will be replaced free of charge. All of our products are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship and scratched surfaces. For example, in the case of the fairing is shipped to you cracked, we will get a new piece shipped to you no questions asked. However, as the shipping process is totally out of our control, this warranty does not cover minor imperfections occurred during the shipment. But again, we try to package the bodywork as best as we can, and with lower than 1% of return rate, 99% of the time you can expect your fairing arrived at you immaculately. Also, this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the part, which may be proven defective under normal use. Heat protection material provided by us has to be used on all parts of the bodywork that is located close to the exhaust system, failing to do so will cause damages to the bodywork that our warranty does not cover.

All warranties and liabilities of products are null and void if improper installation, improper use, any modifications and abuse of products occur. Warranties are honored and limited to ORIGINAL PURCHASER of products ONLY.
Customs (Taxes, if required) – Buyer’s responsibility. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
The customer is responsible for tracking and signing for fairing kit shipment. If unclaimed and returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. Please track your fairings and make arrangements for someone to be present to accept your package to avoid extra shipping charges.
